Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:

✅ Unused Contourie product (for hygiene reasons)
✅ Original packaging intact
✅ Proof of purchase required (email confirmation or invoice)
✅ The product must be in a condition suitable for resale

Important: For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic products, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

⚠️ Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping: Paid by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt.

• You received the wrong item
• The packaging is damaged

Refunds
